proposition : usage of within !
Hello everybody,
Can anyone explain me the diffrent usages of "within" ?
What does the use of "within" in the following sentence mean :
"The prgram can be used interactively from within the notebook"

"The program can be used interactively without leaving the area/scope of the notebook" = the program is in the notebook (from) and you use the notebook to interact with it (within)
It is to say how easy is to use the program, but in my opinion not very successfully.

I too have serious reservation about this usage.
It means the user must be located inside the notebook in order to exercise/use the program interactively, which is plain non-sense. As humans, we can't be located inside a computer, we're not gnomes

Without any more context, I'd include 10 and 20.
But if it's extremely important, I'd check by asking for clarification.

within can be used in the course or period of that is time OR within can be used in the field ,sphere,scope of something eg within the family or within one's power.
