proportionally proportionately

I would like a second opinion. Is the word proportionally what I have to use to get the idea across?
How would you write:

The bigger the apartment the cheaper the rent [proportionally/proportionately [speaking].
You can find a one bedroom for $1,000 and a 2 bedroom for $1,200. The bigger the apartment the cheaper in proportion.

The longer the wait the less you pay to skip the wait [proportionally/proportionately [speaking]

Thanks

I don't understand how you could say that this is correct: The bigger the apartment the cheaper the rent.

I've heard proportionally, what do you think five?

How would you say this one?

There is no proportion in your sentences: proportion suggests a specific ratio. Use relatively as 5jj has suggested.

How would you insert relatively in here?

The longer the wait the less you pay to skip the wait. If the wait is 2 days, you have to pay 10 dollars to skip it. If the wait is 4 days you have to pay 15 dollars to skip it.

Proportionally, the longer the wait the less you pay to skip the wait.

What about relatively speaking

The longer the wait, the relatively less you pay to bypass it.
Relatively speaking, the 2-bedroom at $1200 is cheaper than the 1-bedroom at $1000.
