Property of a prince/me/him vs A prince's/mine/his

?1. The region was the hereditary property of a prince.

2. The region was the hereditary property of a prince's.

3. The produce of labor may become the property of me.

4. The produce of labor may become the property of mine

5. The produce of labor may become the property of him.

6. The produce of labor may become the property of his.

Which ones are correct English? I think only 1,2,4,6 are correct English.
