Proper Word in one Sentence

Hi guys

Here is the sentence

The usage of nuclear power has to be in caution, as this is very dangerous power no matter whether it was deprieved deliberately in the war or the radioactive power emits accidently during the electricity generating.

My question Do you guys feel comfortable with this sentence? Does this sound natural?

What do you think of the word "deprieved" and "no matter whether"

The sentence is written by me, so feel free to point out the errors

Much appreciate
