Are these sentences correct, specifically the use of the words , quickly and fast?

1. Brush your teeth quickly (or quick), we have no time.
2. Brush your teeth fast, we have no time.

I am referring the actual process of teeth brushing, as in don’t take a long time brushing your teeth.

They are both used as adverbs in informal speech.

Right. It's in the Oxford only as US English:

Collins seems to approve it, though:

adverb
