In the following should I use to or too?

Some succeed because they are destined to,
but most succeed because they are determined to.

In the following should I use to or too?

Some succeed because they are destined to, Say 'to'. What you are basically saying is that
Some succeed because they are destined to succeed.

but most succeed because they are determined to. Again, say 'to'.
ie most succeed because they are determined to succeed.
