Proper use of the word "graduated"
0 Which of the following is correct? "She graduated from Princeton University", or "She graduated Princeton University." I have always used the former, but I hear the latter frequently. 0-

0 To my knowledge, both are correct. In the States we use "from" more often. 0-

What do think of "She was graduated", as the act was performed on her?
Looking at this when it's late at night and I'm tired, it just looks to me like an abomination. [6]
On the other hand, I believe it's often said in American English.
