Proper Use of Commas, Semi-Colons, and Colons.

I am curious as to what would be the proper use of Commas and colons when adding your degree on a resume. Which would be correct, or are both suitable?

Master of Science in Finance, GPA: 3.9/4.0

Master of Science in Finance; GPA 3.9/4.0

Should I use a comma, colon or Semi-Colon after Finance? Should I use a colon after GPA?
