Proper usage of "the same"

Greetings. Along with the fact that I've seen similar or, at least close, use of "the same" in this manner, I still have my doubts. Have I used it correctly below?

Many Thanks

My comments focused only on the use of "the same". The rest of your sentence could be phrased better, in my opinion (vocabulary-wise). Also, I suggest that you refrain from using "the same" in this way because this usage is reserved mainly for business and legal situations and may sound stilted to many speakers (not to mention that most non-natives will not be able to understand it)
