Proper titles for envelope addresses

I am sending an invitation to two married doctors.

One is a dentist and one is a phd.

Would it be "Drs. John and Mary Smith" on the envelope?

What if the wife is a doctor and the husband is not?

would it be "Mr. John and Dr. Mary Smith"?
