Proper titles

When a woman is married, is it proper for children (students) to address her with the title Miss using her first name only?

Top answer

No, 'Miss' + maiden family name (teachers often keep their maiden names, I think) or 'Mrs' + married family name. Nowadays, many teachers may well prefer 'Ms' + family name.
