Children's wishes is OK. The plural of the child is children so the possesive 's after the the consonant n is the only choice if you want use the noun in the genitive case. There is no such a noun as *childrens*. You can find it used by some in the internet, but I don't think it is logical. The noun children has got the plural meaning in itself, so the
