Proper Pinpoint Citation Style

What's the proper way to cite the particular paragraph(s) in the litigant's Affirmations?
Examples:

1. In respect of the Plaintiff's 3rd Affiramation at para 8.23,...
2. In respect of the Plaintiff's 3rd Affiramation at [8.23],...
3. In respect of para 8.23 in the Plaintiff's 3rd Affiramation,...

Can you suggest a better/proper way to accomplish the pinpoint legal citation?
