Why use the possessive? I think the plural would just be "The Canadas."

(My last name is Hoffman, and I sign cards, etc. "The Hoffmans" -- although I'm always tempted to use "Hoffmen.")

We invited Mr. and Mrs. Canada to dinner. The Canadas are coming over at 6 pm.
The Canadas' house is a big mansion on Main Street.

I was thinking OP was referring to Canada - wrong interpretation.

"The Canadas" refers to all members of a family. It is necessary to use "the" and "s" (the plural letter) in order to give that meaning.
