Proper Name Plural

My last name is Faust. I am curious as to the proper way to 1) Show posession and 2) make plural.

Is this correct:
Scenario 1: I own a book. => This is Faust's book.
Scenario 2: The group of people in my car (i.e. The Faust family). => The Fausts.

Thanks for your help!

You are right. Though I have seen in the front of some houses signs which would read The Faust's , they are wrong. The appostrophe is reserved for possesives.
