Proper adverb placement: 'in particular'

A. I communicate with our US counterparts, in particular, the traders and schedulers.
B. I communicate with our US counterparts, the traders and schedulers, in particular.
C. I communicate with our US counterparts, which are the traders and schedulers, in particular.

Please advise which of the sentences above are correct as to the proper placement of the adverbial phrase "in particular". Thank you.
