Dear Mr. Jones,
This is Daniel Bench. I contacted you last month, the first of August, concerning/regarding organisation of my accommodation. Unfortunately, the off-campus accommodation is not in accordance with my expectations.
First of all, the stove is not working because it is dirty and the natural gas cannot be flown into it. The oven is also not operating. These issues have caused me to dine in restaurants. Another issue is that TV has not gotten signals and, indeed, I cannot watch my favourite channel, ABC programmes.
You can imagine my current situation and these significant problems have brought about serious inconveniences. I have informed you before about these concerns and consequently a technician came to my house yesterday. However, he could not fix the problems, mentioning that the stove needs to be replaced and there is not any antenna for the TV.
I would really appreciate it if you could address my accommodation’s issues.
