Dear David,

I hope this letter finds you and your family well. As you know, I am currently in Paris. This city is really heart of Europe. Everything is outstanding and fabulous. Yesterday, we visited “Eiffel Tower”. The weather is very fresh and clean and people are very kind and hospitable. I am really thankful for your professional camera you have given me, helping me to record every joyful moment of my family and myself in Paris. Unfortunately, a lens of the camera has gotten moisture. The moisture is not very much but to the extent that when the lens is focussed to an objective some blurred photos are produced. I showed that to one repair person in here and he confirmed that the damage is not serious and due to the fact that the camera was purchased last year, its warranty has not expired yet. Therefore, when I get back to you on next Monday, I will take the warranty and go to the related repair store, Cannon store, to fix your camera.

I am really sorry for the damage and thanks again for your useful camera and your consideration.
