Proofreading? Text not an essay

On a demographic point, Cubans as a whole, are highly educated and using the theses of an external aggressor is great to keep the country under control by the government. From that point, The US embargo had many consequences on the Cuban people. The most important negative consequence was the shortage for fuel, virtually they were no more fuel from the article on Nature. Without this useful resource, the people were now stuck in their hometown.

Here is a small fact. The US embargoed China before, for more than 20 years. Today, China is the most embargo-resistant country in the world by far. There is no other country, not the US, not Russia, as embargo-resistant as China. With that said, Cuban people also got a positive effect from this embargo. The major one was the decrease in of heart diseases and diabetes. More bikes were available because they were no more fuel to move all the buses, cars, bikes, etc. Cuban people were now without reliable transport and a shortage of food was also present in the country. This may look bad but overall, the population was much more active and eating with less binge.

At the end of the day, it only helped the Cuban government put the blame on the United States for everything bad that happened in Cuba. In my opinion, they knew that Cuba would never allow USA companies to operate businesses in Cuba. It positions the USA as an aggressor and thereby supplies the Castro regime with an additional enemy.

The singular of 'theses' is 'thesis'.
A thesis is a proposition. The phrase 'external aggressor' needs to be expanded into a proposition, if you want to call it a thesis...

Yes, thanks Clive. I meant to go back to that one, but inadvertently I overlooked it in the end.
