Dear Proofreader, I will appreciate if you proofread my essay. Many thanks.
You just returned from a business trip from a foreign destination. You were unhappy about a certain thing in the airport. Write to the airport authority giving its details, and providing a solution/suggestion.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to you to complain an unfortunate behaviour I experienced at New York International Airport when I was passing through customs. This bad experience happened on Monday 23rd of July, 2016. The considered officer was not polite and without any explanation, he unzipped my large luggage and scrutinized through all of my clothes which were wrapped tidily. The security officerunpacked all of my stuff carelessly in a manner that the container of my perfume was broken. Through his investigation, I enquired him numerous times about what he is looking for, but without any success as he was reluctant to speak with me. I was very frustrated as luggage control system was not even alarmed when my bag went through it. The rediculous matter is that even he was not successful to find any dangerous or prohibited item in my suitcase. Finally, I was forced to wrapped all of my clothes in front of other passengers. You can imagine how embarrassed the situation was over that time.
I believe if you consider more sociable officer or more experienced authority, it will prohobit such unfortunate events to occure again.
I will expect a prompt response.
Kind regards, Daniel
