Proofreading for water resources

If you see any mistakes in the following sentence, can I have your comments? It is the formal proposal by Korean water resource department.

We work on a variety of projects, such as investigating and developing water resources, designing hydraulic structures, restoring the four major rivers and , implementing reclamation of Saemangeum in order to protect and maintain sustainable land and territory by solving issues concerning water supply, flood control and environmental problems. We plan to expand and reorganize Water Resources Department to execute the following projects;

- to evaluate the influence of natural hazards on major rivers based on climate changes .

- to establish long-term plans concerning mitigation and adaptation measures.

-to develop comprehensive plans for watershed flood control, environmentally friendly river supervision , and basic design for water resources facilities.
