Proofreading (car factories)

Hello,
I want to send an Email to a car factory. This is self-made. Would you please be kind enough to proofread this?

According to the recent phone talks with TOYOTA company, the request to buy the production line/assembly line of cars with exclusive terms, with the previous suggested price, will cost 100,000 Euros. Regarding to the previous car buyings from BMW company, please contract/agree with TOYOTA company request.
