Hi,
Suppose that someone wants to prepare and post an invitation letter for me to get a one-year visa in order to enter his country. I want to tell him this sentence but I think my sentence is not natural and needs to be proofread:
Mr. Smith, please before posting the invitation letter to me, first take a picture of the letter and email it to me so that I can show it to the officer in the embassy in my home country. If he approves the picture of the invitation letter, I’ll ask you to post me the original invitation letter.
Would you please proofread my text?
Thank you.
