I would like to update you on the booking for the Management Seminar on 19th of October.

Firstly, I wasn’t able to get the Russell Hotel because they were fully booked. However, I have made a reservation in the Jessica Hotel which is in the centre of Hong Kong; the location is very convenient.

Moreover, its basic price is the same as the Russell Hotel, but we can have a free buffet lunch. And, some of our staff who had been to this hotel praised them for their delicious food and service.

Finally, could you please send me a list of the equipment you need?
