Hi teachers, please help me correct my letter if there are any mistakes. Thank you.

Dear Mrs. Grffings,

I am writing to complain about the one-day training course I attended yesterday.

Firstly, your brochures said that all the trainers in your centre are highly-qualified and experienced. However, the appointed trainer was sick and the replacement was quite beyond our expectation; he spent too much time on the less important points and seemed to finish course in a hurry.

Secondly, we got a pile of loose photocopies in stead of the high-quality information packs which you have promised in the contract.

Furthermore, I thought the session room was supposed to take up to 8 people. Nevertheless, there were totally 24 people in my room, so I could barely hear the trainer clearly.

Last but not least, the course started an hour late which really made us frustrated. Besides, the lunch you served was cold and there were only two kinds of refreshments available. From my point of view, I think you need to put more efforts to cater for the different tastes of the participants.

I hope you can deal with these problems promptly, and I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

Regards,

James Lee
