This proposal aims to compare the services of two shipping agents, Globelink and FTD, and to recommend the best fit one as our international freight forwarder.
Findings
There are three important reasons why we have good preference for Globelink:
Firstly, they seem to be trusted because they have 25 years’ experience in sea freight and some of our clients praised them for their excellent service.
Besides, they also offer air freight which we may need for our urgent orders.
Furthermore, this company claims that they are able to complete all customer forms and provide all documentations.
On the other hand, FTD’s main business is focus on Europe. They offer refrigerated shipping service and accept small orders which would be an asset to us. Nevertheless, their price is less competitive compared with those of Globelink.
Conclusions
Given the above, I recommend selecting Globlelink because it is a reliable company and it can offer well-equipped facilities to us.
