Subject: Presentation Feedback

Dear John,

I got some feedback concerning your conference presentation last week.
Firstly, the introduction was excellent, but the case study you analyzed seemed a bit lengthy. Could you shorten it next time?

Secondly, the slides were good and the graphs made your points vivid and interesting. However, I think it is necessary to use larger font in a big hall to ensure everyone can see the contents clearly.

Furthermore, you should avoid getting in front of the screen because some participants said they could not see what you referred to. So, please make sure not to block the audiences’ view.

Finally, your voice was clear and you looked confident. Nevertheless, you should think about your body language; you don’t need to stand still during a presentation, but avoid too much movement.

I hope these suggestions and feedback are helpful to you.

Regards,

Sally
