Hi teachers, please help me correct my note if there are any mistakes.

Dear Jay,
I got your email concerning the conference presentation last night. However, there are a couple of changes I would like to make.
Firstly, As far as I am concerned, there might be too many slides. Could you please remove the statistics as well as the bar charts, and put in some words instead.
Moreover, our department director said the slides looked rather dull. So, I suggest you redesign the slides and add a few animations in it.
Lastly, there are something wrong with the slide 3. We discussed the grammatical mistakes last week, but I still found several spelling errors this time.
Please revise the presentation and send the correct version to me as soon as possible.
