Hi teachers, please help me correct my letter if there are any mistakes. Thank You!
Dear Mrs. Williams,
I am writing to complain about the stationery I ordered last Monday.
There has been a mix-up again. I am pretty sure that I have ordered plain paper, but we got headed paper instead. Worse still, we even got lined paper last month!
I tried to contact Miss Clinton, the Manager of the after-sale department, but her assistant said she is in a training session now and will not get back until Tuesday.
We need the right goods this Thursday, otherwise our production lines will be held up and we will miss our deadlines.
We can’t afford to wait around, and I hope you can deal with it immediately. If you can’t sort it out, we will have to change supplier.
Moreover, there is a problem with the payment. I’d thought we’d agreed to settle the bill by installments. Nevertheless, the amount owing on the invoice is given in full.
I trust you will deal with these problems promptly, and I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
Regards,
Donald James
