We find that there are three essential problems should be addressed immediately:
The first one is late deliveries. There were 24 times of late deliveries, much more than last year, has caused great inconvenience.
Secondly, we are quite dissatisfied with the quality of their products. Our customers are complaining about this problem, which has affected our company’s image and reputation.
Nevertheless, errors with invoices also brought us a lot of trouble.
Generally speaking, with regard to costs, Jessica Technology Ltd charges us 20% more than other suppliers.
Consequently, I would recommend that we should turn to other suppliers and make it a rule to check all invoices from suppliers in future.
In conclusion, we suggest a meeting with Jessica Technology Ltd as soon as possible.
