Dear Ms. Ellis,

Your company has installed computerized cutting tools and packing machines in our Dispatch Department last Monday, on October 1, 2011.

The last one, a packing machine, is recently developed a fault. The measurements and materials for the boxes are all right, but there is some sort of problem with the box assembly mechanism. The boxes are weak, and goods get damaged.


Could you please ask the Customer Services Manager if he has time to call in and look at the situation today?

We will appreciate it if you get an engineer out to our firm tomorrow morning.
