Hi teachers, please help me correct any mistakes you found in my letter. Thank You.

Dear Mr. Wilson,

I am writing to inform you about the telephone system your firm installed last week.

To be honest, we do not really satisfy with your service.

First of all, the number of extensions was not enough. We asked for 10 outside lines, but your engineer insisted that 6 lines would be sufficient. The mistake your employee made really caused great inconvenience to us, many of our customers complained that they could not contact our sales staff as a result of that.

Secondly, we are unable to transfer call internally. We lost lines whenever we tried to transfer calls from one extension to another. We are following the instructions, but it just didn’t work.

Moreover, could you please check the invoice again? The discount on installation which is shown on the invoice, but the equipment wasn’t concluded.

I trust you will deal with these problems promptly, and I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
