Hi teachers, please help me correct any mistakes you find in my letter. Thank You!
Dear MS. Julie,
I am Sam Copper, Human Resources Manager from Jessica Europe Co. I am writing to talk about the stationery you printed to us last Monday.
Honestly, I am not very happy with the business cards. I have just received your proof — the cards themselves are fine, but you seem to misunderstood the quantities. I am pretty sure that I asked for 500 for each of marketing executives and 1000 for me, but you’ve put everyone down to 1000.
Another thing is actually my mistake; I would like to make a change to the paper.
Could you move the company’s logo further to the right? It’s too close to the address at the moment.
That is all for it at present. I would appreciate it if you could send the revised version by the end of this week.
