With regard to the ordered packaging machines, I am very sorry that I have to postpone the delivery date. The reason is that we are having problems finding the right lifting machinery for your order.
Now, under the terms of the contract I signed, there is a penalty clause for late delivery. But I hope you will waive that, since I also agreed to a very good bulk discount.
Additionally, I have also decided that, as we are doing the maintenance, I will not charge for installation.
Furthermore, I can not find anything in the contract about the staff who's dealing with insurance while the goods are on the road. So, please check it for me.
