Proofreading?

Hi teachers, please help me correct any mistakes you find in my letter of recommendation. Thank You!

Dear Mr. Greg,

Mrs. Cuddy Brain, about whom you requested confidential personnel information, is an excellent secretary.

As she told you, Mrs. Brain has worked as my secretary for 5 years, from 2010 to 2015. She is an extremely competent secretary.
Her typing skills are excellent and she could deal with all of my files discreetly and confidentially.

Additionally, she took all of my telephone calls and made my appointments so that I was relieved of much of the burden of meeting the public.

Mrs. Brain was also punctual, and I cannot recall any days that she was absent from the office. She was courteous in dealing with our customers and was well respected by other employees. I have to mention that she left our firm just because of an illness in her family.

Mrs. Brain’s excellent secretarial skills and her personal qualifications make her a preferred choice for dealing with a secretary position.
