Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing for the replacement of the napkins I have ordered with your shop.
On July 12, I sent a check for $1000 and an order for 150 imprinted white luncheon napkins, style N0. 34. These napkins were intended for my conference reception.
The napkins arrived today, but instead of saying Jessica and Baby, they have the wrong imprinted-Jessica and Body. I am enclosing one of them to show you the mistake.
The conference is less than five weeks off, and I would like to settle the details of the reception well before then. Therefore, I will appreciate a replacement order as soon as possible.
I hope you will take care of this matter promptly.
