Dear Mr. Miller,

The latest annual analysis shows that there are several shortages in the current website which lead to the rise in customer defection rate.
The first one is that the information we offered in the website is out-of-date.
Secondly, the structure of website page is rigid.
Moreover, there is not purchase facility available.

In order to remain ahead of our competitors and keep our customers, I recommend we carry out some immediate methods to improve the company’s website.

We should introduce online services system which can handle complaints, questions and feedback from our customers automatically. By doing so, I think our customers will be satisfied with our services and are more likely to do business with our company.

Besides, we should also update the information and services regularly. Such update will encourage our clients to consult our website more regularly and keep them informed on any latest products and special promotion.

Finally, we should take online purchase facility into consideration. In my opinion, I think such facility will enable us to collect precious data, attract potential clients and remain our regular customers.

With these measures it will be very easy for us to increase our sales. Additionally, we will increase our satisfaction among our customers.
