As you are well aware, there are an increasing number of orders before Mid-autumn Festival.
I need to recruit 20 people for packaging and 5 sales assistants. I don’t require any specific skills for package staff; but sales assistants should be experienced, since it is impossible for us to offer them any training.

I need them before this Wednesday.

2, i mean we need sales assistants immediately so we have no time to train them. Thus we need experienced staff instead of green hand.
