Report on satisfaction-level of staff members
Introduction
The aim of this report is to show whether our staff are satisfied with their working conditions or not.
Findings
The last meeting shows that our staff is quite satisfied with the working conditions. Especially, a lot of them have praised our pension scheme and childcare vouchers.
Nevertheless, some complained about unflexible working hours, as they have to take care of their children at home.
Apart from this, the poor condition of some office areas was mentioned. A lot of them are dissatisfied with the dirt on the floors, and the computer systems which often break down during working hours.
Finally, I would suggest increasing the number of days off, since most members feel quite exhausted after 3 months without holiday.
Conclusion
In my opinion, we should try to improve working conditions for this will improve morale and get our staff motivated which will lead to more productivity and efficiency in the end.
