Over the last three months we have received several complaints from people visiting our company. There are two main reasons for these:
First of all, there were complaints about the friendliness of our employees who welcome our visitors and show them our productions facilities.
Obviously, they tend to be unfriendly and do not like to answer questions from our prospective clients.

Secondly, we do not provide information materials packages for our visitors and the staff showing them around is not able to answer all questions.

It is therefore recommended to design information packages for our visitors including details and figures on our production facilities and giving a general overall about the history of our company.
