Hi Teacher, please help me correct any mistakes you find in my letter,Thank You!

You work for an employment agency. The following is part of a letter you have received from a customer:
The temporary administrative assistant you sent us was totally unacceptable. I certainly will not be using your agency again when I need temporary staff.
Write a letter to the customer:
l Apologizing for having sent the unsatisfactory temporary worker
l Giving reasons for what happened
l Explaining why what happened was exceptional
l Offering some sort of compensation to the customer



Dear Sir,

Further to your letter complaining about the temporary employee from our company, I would like to offer you my sincerest apologies.

I promise you that we will give you the most satisfied response.

I immediately made an investigation on the man. The person who I introduced to your company was appeared to be a liar. This man came into my office and handed his CV which said that he was graduated from Perking University with impressive overseas working experience. However, I heard from other peer companies that this man bought a fake certificate and his CV was totally a counterfeit.

I am so sorry for any inconvenience this situation has caused you. Such thing has never happened in my company before, this case was an exceptional; and I can ensure you that we will never allow it occurs again.
In order to make amends for previous faults, I would like to send you another administrative assistant as compensation and it is free of charge.
Please reconsider this suggestion and we look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.
