Proofreading.

  1. Article "the" will be used in conversations, a formal address, in correspondence or indeed when any reference is made to them. As the name of the organization by itself, no article is needed. For example, above the entrance to the building that houses the offices of the organization.

Could you please be kind enough to proofread my punctuation in explanations #1 and #2? I mean have I punctuated the blue parts correctly?
