Proofreading?

Some people maintain that taking risks is a necessary part of life. Some may be moved to dismiss this statement out of hand, but I feel it is worthy of deeper consideration.

Personally speaking, I agree with this statement for two key reasons.
One reason has to do with excitement. Just imagine how boring your life will be without any risks. Additionally, people may feel old when they are satisfied with the statue quo and unwilling to change; even they are still very young.

For example, although my grandmother is 80, she still insists learning French and Yoga. She may use much more time and efforts than us young people, but she really enjoys the process of learning. I think sometimes we can treat risks as challenges. My grandmother looks much younger than her peers because she is not afraid of challenges.

The other reason for my position is that risk is necessary for change. If you don’t take any risks, you cannot change your life. For example, my sister got tired of being an employee in an office, and she was always dreaming of running her owns business. So she resigned from the company, and opened a bookshop in the city centre. Now, she is pretty satisfied with her business and the free life.

All of these experiences have influences my opinion about risks.
There is also an argument to be made for the opposing position. Some people may assert that risks are so dangerous for them. Nevertheless, for the reasons I have outlined above, I think taking risks has more advantages than disadvantages.
