Many people maintain that it is always better to work for a large company. While the first reaction of some people may be to agree with this statement, there are compelling reasons to explore this issue in greater depth. In my opinion, there are three important reasons to agree with this statement.
The first reason that supports my statement is about wages. I think large-scale corporations usually offer higher salary and benefits to their workers than those of small companies.
The second reason has to do with experience. When you working for a large corporation, you may be given a lot of opportunities to visit other countries and meet various different people in the world while going on business trips. Besides, I believe the experience that worked for a large company may help you find a job easily.
The final reason is related to stability. Compared with small-scale companies, I think large corporations are less likely to go bankrupt or to lay off employees. For example, the financial strength of the state-owned enterprises makes it possible to allow employees to work until they retire. Chinese people mean that sore of job as “iron rice bowl” which means that you don’t need to worry about your job anymore. I think it is so-called “the sense of job security.
I don’t mean to suggest that my points of view are completely unassailable. There may be some people who are against my opinion insist that the complicated internal relations in the large companies really makes them back down.
Nevertheless, for the reasons I have presented above, I assert that working for a large company has more advantages than for a small-scale company.
