Proofreading?

Hi Teachers,
Please help correct my letter if there are any grammatical mistakes. Thank you!

Dear Sir/Madam,
I’m writing to you to complain about the quality of the sweater which I bought in your shop in Beijing department store three days ago.
I was quite satisfied with the sweater and I had faith in your products because your your company has a good reputation.
However, there seemed to be something wrong with the sweater.
The sweater shrank after being washed.
To make matters worse, the color faded away, and dryed my white shirt red.
I called your so I’d like your customer's service this morning, but nobody answered.
So, i am writing to ask you to solve the problem.
I hope you could change a new sweater for me or give me a refund for purchase price.
I’m looking forward to your early reply. Yours faithly,
Hana Smith
