Dear Ken,
How have you been recently?
My family has been thinking about buying a new house these days. We have different ideas about whether we should buy a house in the suburbs or a flat in this downtown. Some friends suggest us to buy a modern flat because it’s convenient and close to shops and schools.
However, others are in favor of the old—style house. They consider that the air in rural area is clean and healthy. Besides, people living in suburb are more friendly than those in city. Neighbors have more chances to communicate with each other to make a harmonious living atmosphere.
The most important thing is that the price of house in rural areas is much lower than that in urban areas.
As far as I am concerned, I think living in rural area is a better choice.
Could you please tell me your idea? I look forward to your reply.
