Hi Teachers, Please help correct my letter if there are any mistakes! Thank you!
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to complain about the recent purchase of the books from your online store, on May 8, 2016.
I have order two books, one was “Think and Grow Rich” and the other book was “Great Expectation”. However, you have sent the wrong books to me. I got two books entitled “Rich dad and Poor dad”.
I phoned the customer center yesterday and spoke to the manager. To my disappointment is that the manager was rather rude on phone. He told me that I could not get a replacement and refunds of these books.
I felt very upset because I have been a loyal customer of your store for many years and never have had any complaints.
I would be perfectly satisfied if you could kindly replace the books or refund my money, whichever is more convenient.
