Animal experiments have caused widespread public concern recently. Some people argue that animal experiments are inevitable because there are not other substitutes for these animals to be tested in vivio due to limited technology resources.
As far as I am concerned, I think animal experiments are not desirable and I completely disagree to experiment on animals.
In most of the animal experiments, scientists will inject the animals with various medicines or vaccinations in order to observe their responses and use different laboratory equipment to examine these animals. Sometimes, scientist will operate on living animals for medical purposes.
A recent report shows that a majority of animals which are sent to laboratories come from factory farms. These animals are raised under horrible farm conditions; animals had to stay in tiny and dirty steel cages where animals were suffered and easily get sick.
To be frank, I think such experiments are cruel and merciless to animals. They are as smart and strong as human, but it doesn’t mean that they have to be tortured. They have the same right as human to live on the earth and they are a part of nature.
