Nowadays, people often spend over 10 hours a day using mobile phone; it is of great harm to our health, another health report also shows that nowadays many adults and children like using mobile phone in the dark before they fall asleep.
In brief, I think we should use less mobile phone during school time and take good care of our eyes.
