Nowadays, there is a widespread concern over advertisement. In fact, there are both advantages and disadvantages in advertisement. Generally speaking, it is widely believed there are several positive aspects as follows.
Firstly, Advertising makes newspapers and magazines colorful and interesting. And secondly people know what they purchase better by advertisement.
Just As a popular saying goes, "every coin has two sides", advertisement is no exception, and in other words, it still has negative aspects.
To begin with, advertisements are bad, because they encourage people to want things they aren’t really afford. In addition, many people think it is not wise to believe what an entertainment says, because they may mislead you.
From my point of view, I believe that the positive aspects overweigh the negative ones. Advertisement can be a competitive business; it has to some extent raised the employment rate. On the other hand, it is easier for people to know the product they buy.
